To generate a kernel-patch change in your chakra-buildsys.
Enter the linux-X-CHAKRA folder.

Create the kernel patch with:

./gen_kernel_patch

Create the kernel pre-patch with:

./gen_kernel_patch

Create the aufs-patch with:

./create-aufs.sh

You find the needed aufs-patch in _chroot/<name-of-chroot>/_tmp
Also you need the 3 patches from the aufs-folder.
