The RPM spec files in this directory are not complete and some have missing
`BuildRequires` and some likely have packaging bugs.

Some packages probably need name changing (e.g. -utils instead of -utilities,
etc.)

Use at your own risk.

Many license tags are not proper SPDX and some might not be correct
