Subject: [PATCH] Sphinxcontrib-serializinghtml requires sphinx

INFO: pip is looking at multiple versions of
sphinxcontrib-serializinghtml to determine which version is
compatible with other requirements. This could take a while.

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement
