Now all sourceforge.net subdomains have a valid SSL certificate. The
changes are automatically done via a sed. I've reviewed the changes and
reverted the changes in archive/*, pst/xml/docbook-xsl.xml, and
stylesheets/lfs-xsl/lfs-l10n.xml. Other changes should (hopefully) be
fine.
See ticket #16805: right now the book is wrong: the instructions
for kapidox should be using pip3 or setup.py. We defer making
new instructions until we update kde-frameworks in August.

I know it is somewhat useless, but I don't like them for
two reasons: first they cannot be seen, and I do not like things I
cannot see. Second, git highlights them, and this is disturbing...
Some python modules are in the book, but would be downloaded if not
present at build time. Some other python modules are not in the book,
but are downloaded at build time. Make python modules present in the
book recommended (and not tun time), and add those not present in the book.

In the process, some attributes in single quotes have been changed to double
quotes, and a few attribute lists have been written on one line instead of
several lines.

In the "purpose" package, there is a line, which is only compiled
if Qt5 version is less or equal to 5.15.0. The reason is that it
uses an obsolete function. The problem is that the replacement
function has not been implemented yet even in 5.15.1. This generates
an error:
‘class QLocalSocket’ has no member named ‘socketError’
So change the test so that the line is compiled if version is
less than 5.16.0 (using a sed)...
