e513ddefa7 Remove the deps from perl module Test::utf8 and use the 'unsafe' install, it ships with a copy of Module::Install in @INC.

72bc906161 Add a missing dependency in pygobject3 (for the test suite) 
About two weeks ago, I discovered a problem that prevented me from running the test suite, even with these modules installed. Hopefully this ends that saga.

c4e893d054 Update to git-2.19.0 
For some reason, the Git perl module is installed in /usr/share/perl5/Git. I don't think
it is part of our %INC search path, but I'm not 100% certain. Ken, please test this,
it's way over my head.

NOTE: The tests for this package pass, but the dependencies hang.
Update to pcre2-10.32
Bump p11-kit to REQUIRED in make-ca, as without /usr/bin/trust, the certificates will not extract to /etc/ssl/certs

cf3c73ec6c List::AllUtils (perl module) - update the deps. Test::LeakTrace no longer needs the unsafe install, and Number::Compare and TexT::Glob are not dependencies.

f93f09e9b2 Update to gc-8.0.0 
Note that gc-8 seems to be a major version with a lot of API changes (both new and removed), however guile seems to compile and function properly with it.

Fix a typo that I made when adding js60. Thanks Spiky

152e77844b Trunk perl modules: although Archive::Zip lists Test::MockModule as a prerequisite, it only uses it in one of the test scripts, which does cause the tests to fail if it is missing. Mark it 'for the testsuite'.
