Update to gnome-themes-extra-3.28. This required a complete rename due to upstream
changes, as well as modifications to a few pages. I have verified that it renders,
but Bruce should probably check the currency script for necessary changes. Thanks to
Xi for reporting that it changed.

For some reason, the Git perl module is installed in /usr/share/perl5/Git. I don't think
it is part of our %INC search path, but I'm not 100% certain. Ken, please test this,
it's way over my head.

Note that gc-8 seems to be a major version with a lot of API changes (both new and removed), however guile seems to compile and function properly with it.
