a2912ff635 XML Polishing, Part 2. Set libpng (again) as required for Cairo, since it requires too many switches if it is not present, thus making it realy required.

4c2be43886 fix Gnome dependencies - switch itstool with yelp-xsl (YELP_HELP_INIT requires yelp-xsl stylesheets),recommend gobject-introspection for every package in gnome/{core,add} and make Optional g-i section indicating that is required for gnome in packages that are not just required by gnome. Made some recommended (expected) deps to gstreamer plugins (codecs, input and output sinks), recommended alsa to the libcanberra, explicitly disabled oss to remove configure warning + added gnome dependencies into seperate optional section to libcanberra page. Added --disable-scrollkeeper explanation to many packages that can use rarian (for the scrollkeeper compat) and added some more rarian recommendations. Checked polkit, accountservice and consolekit deps, sorted them a bit. Finished Gnome 3.4

91b8b202d5 epiphany-extensions 3.4.0, gnome-color-manager 3.4.0, gnome-documents 0.4.1, gnome-nettool 3.2.0. Re-added Sound Juicer, but now version 3.4.0. Moved hamster-applet into obsolete. Created obsolete.xml file for keeping hrefs to obsolete packages out of add.xml (gnome section). Moved clutter and mx packages from Graphics to X Libraries section and sorted alphabeticaly Xorg Libraries section. Moved Tracker (currently only used by gnome packages) and polkit-gnome (only used by gnome and also listed as part of gnome core) to Gnome section. Split Additional Gnome Packages into Applications (officially part of gnome apps) and Other (not officially part of gnome core nor gnome applications but needed or used by other packages or people)
