85580446b2 Remove spaces at the end of lines 
I know it is somewhat useless, but I don't like them for
two reasons: first they cannot be seen, and I do not like things I
cannot see. Second, git highlights them, and this is disturbing...

4c24eb0a40 Remove period at the end of short descriptions. 
In the process, some attributes in single quotes have been changed to double
quotes, and a few attribute lists have been written on one line instead of
several lines.

4ef9eb3bce Minor tweaks to the gstreamer section: 
gst-plugins-good: Remove the libtool caution, we're using meson/ninja now so it no longer applies
gst-plugins-*: Convert the 'dependency for a given plugin needs to be installed first' into an XInclude
gst-*: With the move to Meson, the developers put in a sanity check to ensure that there is an ObjC compiler on the system. This was originally intended for macOS, and the build continues normally without it. I've added an XInclude containing a note to all pages affected to document this, since it describes itself as a 'fatal error'

9ac88cc51d It's déjâ vu all over again (e.g. r19076). Add sed to gst-plugins-bad so that it will build if current openjpeg2, but not the old version, is present.

deb1f5c489 gst-plugins-bad : reformat it so that I can add a message that r19076 was NOT tags - this version knows about openjpeg-2.1 but not openjpeg-2.2, fix it to find the versioned header when (only) 2.2 is installed.
