and running 'display --version' includes gslib among the delegates.
I have not been able to find *where* it either links to, or
dynamically opens, libgs.so, but past quereies show that libgs was
used to open postscript files, Most of my local .ps files have
transparent backgrounds and look unreadable in 'display', but
using 'convert' to create jpegs gives a soemwhat readable result.

seamonkey: Document sudo/su may kill $PATH_PY311
...
Like rustc. Move the unset command out of the <screen> for
installation because if we use sudo --preserve-env=PATH_PY311 -s for a
shell as root to install the package, "unset PATH_PY311" will only
unset it in this shell, not the shell building the package.
Also fix a grammar issue in rustc, and unset LIBSSH2_SYS_USE_PKG_CONFIG
after installing rustc too.

The new version of sysstat requires the installation of
sysstat-rotate.{timer,service} in order to function correctly when
enabling the new systemd unit.
