42bb57da0c Biblatex-biber and related perl module changes - 
· dependency changes, remove Date::Simple, add new deps
· for biber only record time with tests, it is perl where tests are expected, all pass
· for modules ('distributions') use double colons instead of dashes in displayed names
· but use dashes in URLs to get directly to the distribution instead of getting list of matches
· also update Text::BibTeX and List::AllUtils to current versions.

4a7a19b97a Perl Modules: 
· Remove optional Encode deps from MIME::Charset
· Delete all commented modules
· Add text file of modules in core perl known to be referenced in Makefile.PL files 
  so that adding a new module will be less prone to adding a core dependency.

fa741538c2 Progs installed by perl modules: comment pod_cover which was installed by Test::Pod::Coverage, not Pod::Coverage - error in r16088 when I added the progs, module is currently commented out. Found while exploring whether I can move the modules used only by biber.

a40bc4f708 Perl Modules : Fixups for Capture::Tiny now that it is a top-level second-class module (correct the description, list the URL as text after the link). Treat XML::LibXML in a similar fashion and add its missing dependency of libxml2 (I guess everyone who previously tried to build it had already built that).

fc8b669891 perl-modules : comment Unicode::Collate and Unicode::Normalize, the core versions are good enough for biblatex-biber, and Unicode::Normalize was probably added in error - I saw the dep, did not realise it was core.

98f34bca8b Remove Math::BigInt (perl module) as a listed dep for Data::Uniqid - it is part of the perl core installed in LFS. I assume I added it whilst trying to get the tests to pass - it is listed as a dependency at CPAN.

2d85af0c5d Perl Modules : add a top level entry, but without version etc, where a dependant module is used by more than one other listed module. At the moment, I think that only Capture::Tiny is in this category, but the extra dependencies for biblatex-biber-2.6 will add at least two more similar situations.

35b6a2ee46 biblatex-biber-2.4 and consequential perl module changes. I have downgraded the test deps for biber to optional: when I first put this in the book, test failures indicated problems. But for the last three releases we have had to expect at least one failure because we are not building on OSX. Meanwhile, v2.4 breaks external modules (hopefully, all have been updated by now) so the tests are no more useful than for most other desktop packages.

0a63d2ef8a Update to iso-codes-3.66, shared-mime-info-1.6, rxvt-unicode-9.22, xrandr-1.5.0, File-Which-1.21, XML-LibXML-Simple-0.96, postfix-3.1.0. Where I have removed '(including tests)' and then not mentioned time or space for tests, that is because they are minimal.
