0280eccc5f firefox-55.0.3 : the much-increased SBU might be from gcc-7.2, or from rustc-1.19.0, or just because this is a low-end intel i3 with fast single threading but slow multithreading.

8dfc5c303b Fix some URLs 
- Switch to https:// scheme where possible to avoid redirects
- Unify all kernel.org, Sourceforge and GNU URLs
- Fix python and perl module URLs to be consistent
- Fix github provided URLs to properly download tarballs instead of vFOO.tar.gz
- Use upstream locations for some packages or better/shorter URLs if available
- Add https:// URLs for gnupg packages

ac10510325 Firefox requires both gtk3 and gtk2, gtk2 had slipped out. Thanks to Stephen Berman for querying this. Also change the second set of 1st May changelog entries to 2nd May.

37bf7b1907 firefox-52.0.1. Thanks to Bruce for his comments on what tar is doing. I've reduced the text on the SBU because on a less-powerful AMD CPU where single-threading is slow, the build was only 13 SBU with -j4.

b7ddce3703 Firefox-49.0.2. Oddly, building with the config from the book and -j4 took a *lot* longer than for 49.0, but my real install - patching for system graphite and harfbuzz then using -j8 - was only marginally slower.

ef82450cc2 firefox-49.0 : scrollbars are again missing their sliders, but only in a system built for 7.10, a system from early August with gtk+-3.20.6 has them working fine. Fun.

7a541cc9e6 Correction to r17625: the libevbrowserplugin.so lib comes from evince, not firefox, so remove thecommented evince dependency and put a comment in evince that firefox cannot use this.

168ad407af Remove details of the gtk3 evince browser plugin from firefox - it does not work. Although it only hangs the browser for a minute or less in my case - one report elsewhere said the browser has to be killed - the final comment at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1092126 says 'Yes, it is a bug in the plugin. There is no support for plugins that load GTK3, and no intention of providing such support.' so I guess it is a WONTFIX upstream, I'll add a note to the wiki.
