c5408a2d70 Add an entity for the gi-docgen URL and change several packages to use 
it.

This should make the different URLs we had previously consistent with
one another, and ease maintenance burden.

This is only temporary though since eventually gi-docgen will become
part of the book, when Pierre's python-modules branch is brought into
trunk.

14736e0da6 Update bootscripts to version 20220506 
This is a consequence of the change(s) in lfs bootscripts:
- policy is to have runlevel 2 equivalent to 3 and 4
- a start script should check that the daemon is not yet running
- a stop script should check that the daemon is running

Add a convenience option for &root;
Add --no-cache-dir to six and asciidoc.
Explain --no-cache-dir in pip3-cmd-explain.

4c0df5c4d9 Fix some entities in general.ent for releases 
Two entities downloads-root-systemd and patch-root were not
modified when switching to release:
- change the name of downloads-root-systemd to downloads-root since
the aim is to not have "-systemd" entities, and use "&blfs-version;"
for it
- create a patch-version entity (this one does not change for
systemd), and use it in patch-root

ad4a839e4a LightDM: Don't need to run 'systemctl enable lightdm' anymore, and 
update the text surrounding it for the installation of the systemd units

Release a new version of blfs-systemd-units with a tweak for
lightdm.service.

merge conditional XML from LFS 
There was some consistency issues in URLs to LFS.  For example, in
systemd revision the URL to LFS "General Network Configuration" points
to the sysv book, this can be really troubling to new readers.

Instead of fixing them one by one, merge conditional XML developed by
Pierre from LFS.

85580446b2 Remove spaces at the end of lines 
I know it is somewhat useless, but I don't like them for
two reasons: first they cannot be seen, and I do not like things I
cannot see. Second, git highlights them, and this is disturbing...

46dfbe3461 Prepare updated perl-deps. 
Note: the XML-LibXML testsuite reports:
Runtime Requires
 XML::SAX::DocumentLocator undef

That was installed by XML::SAX, apparently something buggy
in whatever generates that report (I could not work out
where it comes from).
