postfix: Use separated AUXLIBS_* instead of AUXLIBS 
For postfix >= 3.0, the upstream recommends to use the separated
AUXLIBS_* variables for database libraries instead of AUXLIBS.

postfix: Switch from db to lmdb 
DB is slated for remove in BLFS 12.1, so switch from it now.

Though postfix supports various DB formats, the only formats can be used
for postmap are btree, cdb, dbm, hash, lmdb, and sdbm.  btree and hash
needs db; cdb, dbm, sdbm needs something out of BLFS.  So lmdb should be
recommended or we'll have no postmap support.

e1e58be454 Remove all ftp urls 
neither firefox nor epiphany can download them, and they are not
well maintained, because rarely tested.
This is WIP because the "(HTTP)" part of "Download (HTTP)" will
need to be removed too.
But let's see what users think first...

23b4981a10 Fix some links (reported by rhubarbpieguy): 
- Transcode: host on anduin for now
- iptables: ftp.netfilter.org has been discontinued
- mariadb: the mirror service only keeps the most current versions
  available.

b3f19e5697 Archive::Zip: Test-MockModule is no longer used. 
It now uses the Test-More module, which is built into the core Perl
distribution. The Changes file says that it was removed in 1.68

This commit also has a minor reword for a command explanation in 'db'
