670acf7566 Force gst-plugins-good to use libsoup3 as well as libsoup2. 
Note that libsoup2 is also used for some plugins, but some portions of
GNOME will likely want the libsoup3 versions of some plugins.

pipewire: document a test failure with systemd 
Though the systemd issue has been patched, I don't think it's worthy to
apply the patch now.  Just document it.

pipewire: update dependencies 
- Remove libva, as it's not mentioned by the package at all.
- SDL2 to optional, as it's only for examples.
- Add many optional dependencies (I've not reviewed all of them
  carefully yet).

ee64122d2c Fix mplayer download urls 
Although www.mplayerhq.hu resolve to the download site, the
certificate is not valid for this address. It is valid for
mplayerhq.hu, so use this name with https. Also, remove an
obsolete note about hosting on anduin.

d4a411a65e Fix building xine-lib with binutils-2.39 
The xine_set_flags symbol is both protected and weak. Kind of
weird design... Fix by Xi Ruoyao.
