eae7f5561f Add the dependencies to pciutils to allow the pciutils script to function. This is mostly for consistency between books. The systemd book has a timer and unit to allow the pci.ids file to be updated Sundays at 2:30AM Local Time, and without wget, lynx, or curl installed - the script fails to function. 
In addition, add wget to the list of dependencies for usbutils in systemd (again, as a result of the units)

a5b9f1ef07 Use wheel group for sample configuration of sudo. 
Added pam_wheel.so configuration to /etc/pam.d/su.
update-usbids.service and upadate-pciids.service depend on network-online.target. Fixes #11249.

9d91f2c699 Patch Net::SSLeay so that its tests no-longer hang. Whether this is an improvement is debatable, because the tests for IO::Socket::SSL now hang.

42ae206917 Update to gtk+-3.24.1

changes, as well as modifications to a few pages. I have verified that it renders,

322b688f86 Texlive - update patch for vulnerability fixes, and to build with poppler-0.68.0, 0.69.0. Tested on 8.3/p-0.67, svn/p-0.68, 8.2/p-0.62, 8.1 with shipped poppler, p-0.57 was too old. Thanks to Douglas for notifying me of this.
