It's optional for the packages that use it, and they only use it to
provide additional support for profiling.
Sysprof now requires two more packages which are specific to it, so
let's archive it.
libsoup3 should be OK now. There have not been any issues discovered
as of the date of this commit.
gvfs is also changed to add back http. Also avahi is now recommended.
avahi can be removed by adding -Ddnssd=false but that requires a patch.

This has been fixed upstream.
I know it is somewhat useless, but I don't like them for
two reasons: first they cannot be seen, and I do not like things I
cannot see. Second, git highlights them, and this is disturbing...
In the process, some attributes in single quotes have been changed to double
quotes, and a few attribute lists have been written on one line instead of
several lines.
