The layout of distfiles.gentoo.org has suddenly changed. Let's just
stop using it (or we need to include a two-bit prefix of some hash in
the URL and IMO doing so is just stupid, as we can always use http
instead).
Now all sourceforge.net subdomains have a valid SSL certificate. The
changes are automatically done via a sed. I've reviewed the changes and
reverted the changes in archive/*, pst/xml/docbook-xsl.xml, and
stylesheets/lfs-xsl/lfs-l10n.xml. Other changes should (hopefully) be
fine.
In the process, some attributes in single quotes have been changed to double
quotes, and a few attribute lists have been written on one line instead of
several lines.

qt5 includes qtwebengine
for xine I can play one DVD successfully, but not the DVD I used to use for testing.
At the moment parole is working well _except_ for DVDs, so not tagging for the moment.
