This reverts commit fcc4d96de3.
If gnome-menus not installed, gnome-shell will output some nonsense
like "X-GNOME-Utilities.directory" in the "show apps" view.
gnome-control-center is only required at runtime. But ibus, polkit, and
gnome-desktop are required at build time.
GTK4 is already included by gnome-desktop, so remove it.
gnome-autoar can be disabled, demote it to recommended.
On systemd, it uses libsystemd but it's already installed in LFS. On
sysv, we use -Dsystemd=false so libsystemd (a.k.a libelogind) not
needed.
But it invokes logind API via D-bus call (in js/ui/endSessionDialog.js),
so logind is a runtime dependency.
The release tarball contains generated man pages since gnome-shell-40 so
asciidoc is not a dependency unless you'll build gnome-shell from git
snapshot. And, the option has been renamed to "extensions_tool" and we
don't have any strong reason to use it now.

two reasons: first they cannot be seen, and I do not like things I
