The stupid conversion of unzip makes it impossible to use convmv to
restore the file names. So use bsdtar (which does not perform any
conversion) to extract the files, then use convmv to fix the names.

giflib: Fix the build by removing a duplicate instruction pertaining to static library removal,
which is now handled by the Makefile

Add security patches for GDM Authentication Bypasses. This includes patches to gnome-shell and GDM.
Move gnome-video-effects to before gnome-online-accounts. This only affects systemd because gnome-online-accounts isn't present in sysv.
