libpaper: Update the configuration info for libpaper2 (again) 
/etc/papersize is essentially useless now.  It only provides the
fallback value if the locale does not suggest a paper size.  And with
Glibc-2.37 even the "C" locale suggests A4.

libpaper: Fix config file path 
It's still /etc/papersize, not /etc/paper.  See "man 1 paper".

Arch also installs /etc/papersize:
https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/libpaper/files/

It installs a /etc/paperspec as well.  Not sure if we'll need it.

fftw: Add --enable-avx2, and document --enable-{sse2,avx,avx2,avx512} 
The first AVX2-capable CPUs are released in 2013 (ten years ago)
and now all recent Intel Core and AMD Ryzen models support it.  So
it makes sense to enable it now.  AVX512F is much uncommon now for
non-server CPU models (only Rocket Lake, Alder Lake with E-cores
disabled, and Zen 4), so leave it as <option>.

libseccomp: Comment out Python binding for now 
I tried it and it refuse to build with --disable-static.  When I removed
--disable-static, I still got about 500 test failures with
--enable-python, but without it the test runs normally.

Change all http://*.sourceforge.net/ URLs to https 
Now all sourceforge.net subdomains have a valid SSL certificate.  The
changes are automatically done via a sed.  I've reviewed the changes and
reverted the changes in archive/*, pst/xml/docbook-xsl.xml, and
stylesheets/lfs-xsl/lfs-l10n.xml.  Other changes should (hopefully) be
fine.

b2651a582d Update to boost_1_81_0. 
This package builds without issue, but 20 out of 167 tests fail when
python-3.11 is used. If python-3.10 is used, all tests pass.  If
python is a symlink to python2 and the tests are run with that, all
tests pass.

c5408a2d70 Add an entity for the gi-docgen URL and change several packages to use 
it.

This should make the different URLs we had previously consistent with
one another, and ease maintenance burden.

This is only temporary though since eventually gi-docgen will become
part of the book, when Pierre's python-modules branch is brought into
trunk.

Measured on AMD 3400G using linux-6.0.12, and only 4 cores online
for JS, sizes and timings on other machines differ slightly.

libgpg-error and gpgme: remove {gpg-error,gpgme}-config from contents 
libgpg-error stop to provide gpg-error-config in 1.46.  And, if gpgme is
built with libgpg-error-1.46, it won't ship gpgme-config as well.

/usr/share/X11 is a symlink to $XORG_PREFIX/share/X11

libxkbcommon: change xkeyboard-config to runtime, and add xorg-env 
The building system only uses xkeyboard-config pkg-config file to find
the path to xkeyboard-config files.  Without xkeyboard-config installed,
it guesses /usr/share/X11/xkb.

Revert "Increase the recursion limit in libxslt, which allows man pages for samba and systemd to be generated" 
This reverts commit ba3bd45656.

The deep recursion was caused by a docbook-xsl issue, which should be
corrected by our docbook-xsl patch.

js91: SSE2 can be used for GCC + 32-bit if the system is capable 
Other workarounds (simply replacing "double_t") leads FP-related tests
to fail.  If someone is really running a non-SSE2 system, he/she will
need Clang (maybe ironically as you have to build more things on such
a slow system, but we don't have any other solution).

f572dbb2c6 Building mozilla apps with gcc is broken on i686 
We used to sed the double_t definition to allow building, but now
we use clang, so that the build passes without sed. Say that using
GCC breaks the build in command explanations too.

wayland: unset XDG_RUNTIME_DIR for test 
* If it's not set, things will be OK.
* If it's set normally, things will be OK.
* If it's set to a non-exist path, many tests will fail.

So for now just papering over the "bad XDG_RUNTIME_DIR issue" by unset
it.
