As the test needs external dependency now, I think many people will just
skip it. So use --buildtype=release instead of
--buildtype=debugoptimized now. If someone wants to run the tests,
he/she can follow the note and replace release with debugoptimized.

Fix a bug in the systemd unit for CUPS that causes the unit to be
installed into a non-existent target.
- create the /tmp/.X11-unix directory with permission 1777 using
/etc/sysconfig/createfiles
- add pam_loginuid.so as required in /etc/pam.d/gdm-launch-environment
- ensure /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d exists after installing xwayland (both
sysv and systemd)
I know it is somewhat useless, but I don't like them for
two reasons: first they cannot be seen, and I do not like things I
cannot see. Second, git highlights them, and this is disturbing...
