There is no need to rebuild pipewire after installing wireplumber.

wireplumber: Add systemd (with PAM) as runtime dependency
...
If pam_systemd is not available, there won't be per-user systemd daemon
running so nobody will start the socket and service units enabled by
systemctl --global enable.
Also remove an additional comma in systemd revision.

Fix the dependencies in adwaita-icon-theme.
...
It now unconditionally runs gtk-update-icon-cache (or
gtk4-update-icon-cache) after installing the icons. As a result, we need
something to install gtk-update-icon-cache.
For the benefit of jhalfs, I've set gtk3 as a normal dependency, but
gtk4 as a nodep :)
