e12b9ec531 Update to dvisvgm-3.2.2. 
Like other texlive "extras", this overwrites various files on
texmf-dist.  I'm now showing the net change (for this version of
this package in 2023 it is essentially only adding the program),
with a comment about the space used for a DESTDIR install.

b60f1cebb0 Preliminry update to kf6-6.0.0. 
This update replaces kf5.  In doing so there are several packages
in BLFS that are broken, notably the LXQt packages that reference
kf5 packages.

Trying to maintain kf5 and kf6 in the book is more effort than it
is worth.  For those that want the kf5 based elements, blfs-12.1
still works.

Several packages were updated to build with qt6 so they are not available
for packages that need the qt5 versions,  These include qca, polkit-qt, and
phonon.  A couple of packages that are no longer needed for kf6 are still
in the book: kuserfeedback and libdbusmenuqt.

Many filenames still need to be changed, e.g. kf5-frameworks.xml, as
well as xml defined identifiers.

Later when LXQt releases their qt6/kf6 based packages, then we will
do a scrub of all the book internals to make names consistent.

7c0429eaa4 Patch valgrind to work with glibc-2.39, Linux 6.4, and binutils-2.42. 
During runtime we'll see failures like:

--701226-- Nevertheless we consider this a bug.  Please report

Without this patch, as well as issues on x86 due to nop patterns that
were introduced with binutils-2.42.

7b231190a6 Promote libpsl to recommended in wget, curl, and NetworkManager. 
This is to protect against the "global cookie" issue outlined in
https://daniel.haxx.se/blog/2024/01/10/psl-in-curl/

After some discussion we've decided to promote these to recommended, and
in cURL I've added a note that while the package can technically be
built without psl support, it's not recommended due to the security
implications.

0a5bc99a58 TigerVNC: Use xorg-server-21.1.11 instead of 21.1.6. 
I've tested this and it seems to work as expected.

This should protect TigerVNC Server against all of the CVEs fixed in
xorg-server since xorg-server-21.1.6 was released.

c0f71f24ae QtWebEngine: use Python 3.11 instead, and simplify the instructions. 
To do this I've created build_fixes-2.patch. This contains:

- Fix for shipped ffmpeg build failure
- Fixes for Python 3.11 changes
- Changes for ICU-74, but modified to allow building on previous
  versions of BLFS and their versions of ICU
- The NINJAJOBS change
- Chunks from a patch from ArchLinux32 to prevent instantaneous crashes
  in Falkon. Still causes issues with text rendering, so I've created a
  note in the Falkon page. However, video playback and images display
  perfectly. I will revisit this in February once we have the new glibc.
  Unlike previous issues, it no longer crashes, so that's a good start!

This significantly brings down the count of instructions for this page
and should make it a lot easier to follow.

I've tested this on both x86_64 and i686. On i686 there's a major
improvement in that Falkon (and KDE System Monitor) actually start and
run, though in the case of Falkon there is still no text.
