I know it is somewhat useless, but I don't like them for
two reasons: first they cannot be seen, and I do not like things I
cannot see. Second, git highlights them, and this is disturbing...
The apparent reduction in Build time (SBU) is only because my SBU with
current binutils is very slow!

Move -I and -D into CPPFLAGS, and for others use ${CFLAGS:--O2 -g} to
prevent from building "non-optimized" binary.

I have brought the instructions a little more into line with firefox,
but retained gold: that makes the build marginally slower (but still
rounds to the same SBU with 4 cores) but saves 2MB in the install.

In the process, some attributes in single quotes have been changed to double
quotes, and a few attribute lists have been written on one line instead of
several lines.

I think I used an out of date mozconfig when I updated thunderbird.
In general, builds are slower and slightly larger, but installs are marginally smaller.

Libreoffice now defaults to using it for skia, offer option to disable that.
Thunderbird in its current mozconfig needs clang, not just llvm.
