e1e58be454 Remove all ftp urls 
neither firefox nor epiphany can download them, and they are not
well maintained, because rarely tested.
This is WIP because the "(HTTP)" part of "Download (HTTP)" will
need to be removed too.
But let's see what users think first...

b59e5eb3ea Fixed a common misspelling. "setup" is a noun. When "set up" is a 
phrasal verb, it is spelled as two words. This commit fixes most of
the misspelled "set up" instances in the BLFS book.

4c24eb0a40 Remove period at the end of short descriptions. 
In the process, some attributes in single quotes have been changed to double
quotes, and a few attribute lists have been written on one line instead of
several lines.

9a4c0d91e5 systemd: Adjust the fcron page to use --with-piddir=/run instead of a sed command. This is much cleaner and more elegant, and 'systemctl start fcron' now works without hanging systemctl.

93caa46c86 Typo fix in aspell 
giflib: Fix the build by removing a duplicate instruction pertaining to static library removal,
        which is now handled by the Makefile
fcron (systemd): Fix the systemd unit to silence warnings about the incorrect PID file being used.
systemd: Adapt to libseccomp-2.4.1, disable GnuTLS support and prefer OpenSSL due to API breakage,
         and fix the systemd-networkd problem with Linux 5.2+ as well as with RDRAND on AMD CPUs.
KF5: external dependency URL fix.
