Remove all ftp urls

neither firefox nor epiphany can download them, and they are not
well maintained, because rarely tested.
This is WIP because the "(HTTP)" part of "Download (HTTP)" will
need to be removed too.
But let's see what users think first...

Remove gentoo-ftp-repo
...
The layout of distfiles.gentoo.org has suddenly changed. Let's just
stop using it (or we need to include a two-bit prefix of some hash in
the URL and IMO doing so is just stupid, as we can always use http
instead).

There is no need to rebuild pipewire after installing wireplumber.

wireplumber: Add systemd (with PAM) as runtime dependency
...
If pam_systemd is not available, there won't be per-user systemd daemon
running so nobody will start the socket and service units enabled by
systemctl --global enable.
Also remove an additional comma in systemd revision.
