aed379752a Now that firefox2 is no longer supported upstream, move to firefox3. Thanks to the many people who have contributed to this, particularly to Simon Geard who pointed out that firefox can be used to build xulrunner, and to Jack Stone who helped me understand why the nss nd nspr libs need to be symlinked. All errors, are of course, my own. E&OE.

e090737a97 Removed (commented out) the Galeon package as it requires an older version of a Gecko engine than what is in the book. Currently, it fails to build. Will add it back to the book when/if it supports modern Gecko.
