xbacklight: Removed as it is useless.
...
It's uselessness is due to xf86-video-intel not being in the book, which xbacklight relies on. It does not work on most GPUs.
Backlight is now controlled via /sys/class/backlight.

Mesa also separated Gallium 3D Swrast into two, one powered by LLVM and the other not: llvmpipe and softpipe respectively.
