Pulseaudio: Fix the path of pulseaudio-system.conf
...
With pulseaudio-17.0, the location of
/etc/dbus-1/system.d/pulseaudio-system.conf was changed to
/usr/share/dbus-1/system.d/pulseaudio-system.conf. However, since we use
the '-f' option passed to 'rm', this problem wasn't noticed. I didn't
have the '-f' option in my script and ran into it from there

Style sheets: fix docbook-xsl bug in autoidx

The template named generate-basic-index in
{docbook-xsl}/xhtml/autoidx.xsl has a bug that generates a div element
with a wrong xmlns:xlink attribute. See
https://github.com/docbook/xslt10-stylesheets/issues/239 .
Rather than fixing docbook-xsl, which would work only in LFS (but we
want to be able to render on other distros), copy the faulty template
to our customization files (lfs-index.xsl), so that this one is used.
We can also simplify it a lot since we don't need all the cases
covered in general docbook-xsl.
Also remove the sed for this bug in the Makefile.

Demote libtheora to optional in ffmpeg.
...
This will allow specifying libtheora as an external dependency
and will enable archiving libtheora.
libtheora has not been updated since 2010 and its use is outdated.

wpa_supplicant: Warn not to mix up D-Bus based and manual cfg, and do not enable wpa_supplicant.service on systemd
...
Enabling wpa_supplicant.service does not give any points because
wpa_supplicant can be activated by D-Bus as needed, like on SysV.

vte: Always enable fribidi

Vte requires gtk (3 and/or 4), both gtk versions require pango,
and pango requires fribidi. So we can always enable fribidi here.
