4c24eb0a40 Remove period at the end of short descriptions. 
In the process, some attributes in single quotes have been changed to double
quotes, and a few attribute lists have been written on one line instead of
several lines.

Drop -i from autoreconf to avoid requiring gtk-doc,
List gtk-doc as optional (command for it is already shown as optional).

2fcfa4a138 Subversion: Adapt to SWIG-4 changes, and note that the test suite for the python bindings fails to initialize. 
MIT Kerberos V5 (krb5): Use the internal versions of libcom_err (ss/et) because the verisons shipped with e2fsprogs are incompatible due to function removal
libgrss: Fix the capitalization so that it is consistent with the rest of the book.
