c79668ec9c Update intel microcode details, and label the old AMD example as historic - I have no recent AMD machines where newer microcode is available than what is in the BIOS/EFI, and I'm not going to keep rebuilding that one just to update the example.

1c1bdbac3b firmware: Update the intel microcode examples to the current, i.e. old, release and the 4.15.3 kernel. Nobody commented on the bogosity in my previous late-load example, but it is gone now.

8dfc5c303b Fix some URLs 
- Switch to https:// scheme where possible to avoid redirects
- Unify all kernel.org, Sourceforge and GNU URLs
- Fix python and perl module URLs to be consistent
- Fix github provided URLs to properly download tarballs instead of vFOO.tar.gz
- Use upstream locations for some packages or better/shorter URLs if available
- Add https:// URLs for gnupg packages

f2d5c26a8d Firmware: intel-microcode no longer needs a separate program. But on the balance of probabilities this does NOT address the AMT vulnerability. Also tweak the wording for video firmware - we now have nvidia firmware mentioned, and amdgpu is mentioned in the Xorg drivers.
