The so-called "optional documentation" actually contains nothing more
than the HTML documentations generated by makeinfo --html. So just stop
downloading it.
A change in texinfo-7.0 has actually break makeinfo --html of zsh, but
the issue was hidden due to the inclusion of the "optional
documentation". Use a sed to correct it.
Do not put zsh.txt and zsh.html info the Doc directory, or they'll be
installed to /usr/share/doc/zsh-5.9/html by make install.html.
Also install the FAQ of zsh.
neither firefox nor epiphany can download them, and they are not
well maintained, because rarely tested.
This is WIP because the "(HTTP)" part of "Download (HTTP)" will
need to be removed too.
But let's see what users think first...
They are already in LFS so there is no significant reason not to use
them. Using gdbm may cause license issue but AFAIK as long as we don't
edit gdbm or zsh code in a hidden way we'll not violate the license.
And zsh does not use pam_cap (or any PAM module) at all. Perhaps we
should perform a cleanup on pam_cap dependencies.
