27e5cd4c32 Allow elogind to exit when dbus is closed 
As reported in ticket #16177 by Joe Locash, switching from runlevel
3 to 1 and back would render elogind useless: it is still running
but not connected to the bus, because dbus is killed in runlevel 1
and then restarted in runlevel 3. The added "sed" allows elogind to
exit when dbus is killed. This is the normal behavior of daemons
using dbus.

polkit: use archive tarball and enable tests 
Normally we perfer release tarballs than archives.  But for polkit, we
are using meson so the generated configure script is not needed.  And,
the release tarball lacks test support files and prevents us from
running tests.

For such a "security related" package, skipping test seems not good...
(That being said, we'd been busying fix CVEs not found by the test. :( )

4c0df5c4d9 Fix some entities in general.ent for releases 
Two entities downloads-root-systemd and patch-root were not
modified when switching to release:
- change the name of downloads-root-systemd to downloads-root since
the aim is to not have "-systemd" entities, and use "&blfs-version;"
for it
- create a patch-version entity (this one does not change for
systemd), and use it in patch-root

bfd2ba3cfc Package update and some rewording: 
Update to fetchmail-6.4.27.

Rewording about the examples in Intel microcode, they are old and
that machine now runs version 0xec (although I guess they will soon
stop providing newer updates for Skylake) and of course the kernel
versions are way out of date.

d10b870109 Qt5 - apply kf5.15 patches from kde. 
I have only used the patches for modules used by packages in BLFS
or required by the extra KDE packages mentioned in BLFS. For the
full details of what has been applied (or omitted) see
https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~ken/qt5/

I have also revised the SBU - the extra patches make a minimal
difference on my -j4 builds, but I need to use -j8 to get to 22
SBU. That figure seems to have been carried over from when we were
using gcc-10.2.

In the optional dependencies, pciutils was shown as optional but
required for qtwebengine: show it as optional, other parts of qt
can use it, and add it to qtwebengine as required.  Remove python2
from the qt5 optional dependencies, only qtwebengine needs it and
it is already shown as required there.

9c0463d15e Move Grantlee from General Libraries to X Libraries. 
I've had a TODO list item after a Discussion with Bruce about this particular
package since last package freeze. Because of it's reliance on Qt5 and the fact
that it's only used for KHelpCenter, it really does not belong in
General Libraries. Moving it to X Libraries should suffice in this case,
since it doesn't really fit in KF5 either.

In addition, update the dependencies and the installed files list, and
add short descriptions for the two libraries installed by this package.

ff00f8107b Qt5: Move kerberos dep to qtwebengine, and make it optional. 
It made sense as a dep of Qt5 when we were building webengine as
part of Qt5, but (at least for separate WebEngine, I've
deliberately forgotten the details of building it in Qt5) it
requires a switch to enable it.

Document that switch as an optional command.

bc7e5a7006 Fix PAM config files of shadow apps 
shadow applications chpasswd and newusers use the "password" type,
and expect to be able to pass the password to the PAM module. But
we use pam_permit.so, which does nothing except return PAM_SUCCESS.
So the applications themselves do nothing without returning an
error. Change the config files to include system-password.
Also clean up the config files so that only the types used by the
applications appear.
