Upstream documentation has been changed a few years ago to point to
https rather than http, but for example ubuntu-2023.10 still has only
http in its catalog file. So use http here, and change the catalog file
in blfs to have both http and https...

Upstream documentation is not clear whether to use
https://cdn.docbook.org (in recent docs) or the http form (in older docs
and in the sample xml catalog distributed with the package). So have
both in our catalog file.

This was wrongly introduced when refactoring block alignment in
November. Note that --enable-vversioning is the default, so remove
the option altogether.

postfix - update the smuggling details for 3.8.5.

The previous 'yes' is now aliased to 'normalize' which will be
the default in postfix-3.9, so prefer that. It now only rejects
if the bare newlines are in the DATA section of the mail, to
provide better compatibility with existing SMTP clients.
If a site needs to reject mails with bare newlines in the
message body, the value can be changed to 'reject'.
