Belatedly mark ImageMagick-7.1.0-61 as a security update.
...
Two vulnerabilities, CVE-2022-44267 (DoS) and CVE-2022-44268
(possible information disclosure) have been mentioned in the
last few days. These were raised against 7.1.0-49 and fixed in
7.1.0-52. Redhat point to the same one-line fix for each of
these and the code in 7.1.0-46 is also vulnerable.

Update to nghttp2-1.52.0.

Note that the build dependencies are not used when only building
the (main) libraries.
Also consolidate the spelling for CUnit in libdrm since I installed
that yesterday, but leave running the nghttp2 tests as 'beyond the
scope of BLFS'.

gnome-control-center: Set GTK_A11Y=none for test
...
I guess it's because dbusmock does not know how to mock the GTK a11y
D-Bus service. See upstream issue #2300 .
Don't revert it for 43.4.1 update: test-network-panel still fails with
43.4.1 if this hack not used.

lcms2: Apply an upstream fix to unbreak colord
...
The fix will be released in the next version, which will be rolled out
in "late Feb". Apply it as a simple sed so it won't slow down the
tagging for 11.3.

It has been removed in 3.45.3 (see NEWS file).
e-d-s still indirectly depends on gcr via g-o-a (in "recommended" level)
though.
