Even if polkit is not installed at the build time, this package will
still build the polkit-based backlight control routines. Once polkit is
installed, the backlight control immediately starts to work.
In the process, some attributes in single quotes have been changed to double
quotes, and a few attribute lists have been written on one line instead of
several lines.
