83cc2cc372 Add 'Firmware for AMD/ATI amdgpu video chips' 
Bruce noticed this was not explicity covered, my skim-reading
had noticed the details for ATI video chips without spotting that
was only for radeon.

In both the amdgpu and radeon xorg drivers, clarify that firmware
might have been provided in a modular build in /lib/firmware.

083a8d7ec7 Rework various items in About Firmware. 
In particular, CPU microcode now that the affected AMD processors
can be identified. For both Intel and AMD determine the hex triplet.

Also, rework the Nvidia details to reflect the current situation.

14736e0da6 Update bootscripts to version 20220506 
This is a consequence of the change(s) in lfs bootscripts:
- policy is to have runlevel 2 equivalent to 3 and 4
- a start script should check that the daemon is not yet running
- a stop script should check that the daemon is running

7a9f210894 Update to k3b-22.04.0. 
This is an out-of-cycle update to k3b.  This version does not use ffmpeg
libraries.  The previous version does use those libraries but the ffmpeg-5
libraries do not work for that version.  This version of k3b optionally uses
ffmpeg as an external executable which does not conflict with this package.

cbf6df2759 libvorbis: Force tests to be run at -j1. 
Without that, the tests will fail because the test suite will attempt to run
programs before they are built.

gst-plugins-bad: add libva as optional 
There is a new gstreamer vaapi plugin in gst-plugins-bad, which seems
designed for replacing gstreamer-vaapi.  But it's still experimental now
and not enabled unless it's set in GST_PLUGIN_FEATURE_RANK explicitly.

I've used this plugin for a while because gstreamer-vaapi does not work
fine on my system with iHD_drv_video.so.

23849996b2 Package update and change nobody/nogroup uid/gid. 
Update to Jinja2-3.1.2.

Change nobody uid and nogroup gid to 65534 to be consistent
with the values hardcoded in the kernel.
