samba: Demote lmdb to optional 
According to upstream doc, lmdb is not used by default and it needs to
be enabled with custom configuration.

194d47b3c0 Archive ISC DHCP (and dhclient). 
It's been succeeded by Kea for the server, and dhcpcd for the client.

b3867c5f8c Add qt5-components page. 
Also create an ENTITY for qt5 or qt5-alternate and use that
to specify the qt5 dependenies.

The complete KF5/plasma packages should use the full qt5 build, but
the lxqt kf5/plasma components only need qt5-alternate.

treewide: Bring back some User Notes 
Well, my script did not handle package names with dashes correctly.  So
some User Note links were mistakely removed.  Recheck removed links
containing dashes and add them back if applicable.

bc7af2136e Fix test instructions in nfs-utils 
When test instructions need to be run as root, it is not enough to
use a <command> tag. It needs a <screen> tag with role="root" and
remap="test" attributes.

Also fix a missing parenthesis.

Change all http://*.sourceforge.net/ URLs to https 
Now all sourceforge.net subdomains have a valid SSL certificate.  The
changes are automatically done via a sed.  I've reviewed the changes and
reverted the changes in archive/*, pst/xml/docbook-xsl.xml, and
stylesheets/lfs-xsl/lfs-l10n.xml.  Other changes should (hopefully) be
fine.

a0e08b2176 Standardized the spelling of "userspace". 
Also corrected the capitalization of titles and cleaned up some
grammatical errors. Note that a few modules quote the "config"
menu for the Linux kernel, whch says "user-space". Those
modules were not altered; directly quoted material should be
reproduced verbatim.

b59e5eb3ea Fixed a common misspelling. "setup" is a noun. When "set up" is a 
phrasal verb, it is spelled as two words. This commit fixes most of
the misspelled "set up" instances in the BLFS book.
