a0e08b2176 Standardized the spelling of "userspace". 
Also corrected the capitalization of titles and cleaned up some
grammatical errors. Note that a few modules quote the "config"
menu for the Linux kernel, whch says "user-space". Those
modules were not altered; directly quoted material should be
reproduced verbatim.

c5408a2d70 Add an entity for the gi-docgen URL and change several packages to use 
it.

This should make the different URLs we had previously consistent with
one another, and ease maintenance burden.

This is only temporary though since eventually gi-docgen will become
part of the book, when Pierre's python-modules branch is brought into
trunk.

b59e5eb3ea Fixed a common misspelling. "setup" is a noun. When "set up" is a 
phrasal verb, it is spelled as two words. This commit fixes most of
the misspelled "set up" instances in the BLFS book.

9eb48607cf Reinstate doc building for bind-utils: 
Doc building does not use sphinx if it is not available, but still
generate manual pages, which may be very useful for complex
applications such as dig.
Note that if sphinx is available, more detailed docs are generated,
but with our current instructions, they are not installed.

31cf6baae7 Revert "wget depends optionally on libunistring" 
This reverts commit c821a8f045.
We consider if an optional dependency (here libidn2) requires
something (here libunistring), then we do not list "something"
in the optional dependencies. Note that we might reconsider this:
in this case, libunistring can be used without libidn2. But for
the moment, let's revert.
