harfbuzz: Add wasm-micro-runtime as external optional dependency 
It's needed for the new WASM shaper, but the shaper is highly
experimental now and disabled by default.

b3867c5f8c Add qt5-components page. 
Also create an ENTITY for qt5 or qt5-alternate and use that
to specify the qt5 dependenies.

The complete KF5/plasma packages should use the full qt5 build, but
the lxqt kf5/plasma components only need qt5-alternate.

fc32763cf8 Separate post-install instr in web-pixbuf-loader 
Creating a cache should be done after instaling when using a package
manager. And having both install and post-install in the same
bloc confuses jhalfs.

820262d82c Separate post-install from install in libavif 
Updating the loaders cache is a post-install instruction. The generated
files shouldn't be part of a package if using a package manager.
And jhalfs gets confused if it is not separated from the install.

21e0c46962 Update to qpdf-11.3.0. 
This update also requires a fix to cups-filters. For
that package adding CXXFLAGS="$CXXFLAGS -std=c++17" to
the configure instruction is suficient.

lcms2: Apply an upstream fix to unbreak colord 
The fix will be released in the next version, which will be rolled out
in "late Feb".  Apply it as a simple sed so it won't slow down the
tagging for 11.3.

libjpeg-turbo: Demote nasm or yasm to recommended 
Without nasm or yasm, the package can still be build but the result will
lack optimized assembly routine and run slower.

Change all http://*.sourceforge.net/ URLs to https 
Now all sourceforge.net subdomains have a valid SSL certificate.  The
changes are automatically done via a sed.  I've reviewed the changes and
reverted the changes in archive/*, pst/xml/docbook-xsl.xml, and
stylesheets/lfs-xsl/lfs-l10n.xml.  Other changes should (hopefully) be
fine.

1eb291660a harfbuzz: "docs" otion is a feature, not a boolean 
So it cannot be set to false. Since the default is "auto", it has
to be set to disabled, to prevent building docs.

c5408a2d70 Add an entity for the gi-docgen URL and change several packages to use 
it.

This should make the different URLs we had previously consistent with
one another, and ease maintenance burden.

This is only temporary though since eventually gi-docgen will become
part of the book, when Pierre's python-modules branch is brought into
trunk.
