086032bd65 MinGW-w64: Disabled Winpthreads. 
This is done to avoid build failures. How to include thread support
is listed in "Command Explanations" for MinGW-w64 and MinGW-w64-GCC.

Credit to Xi Ruoyao for the BLFS commit. GNAT is just ADA tools from GCC.
