f806bbf299 Update most of kde-gear 
There are still a few packages that need testing and the book updated.
The kf6 adn plasma packages referenced in LXQt are incorrect and need
to be changed to reference kf5 packages for now.

Note that there is a new package, plasma-activities, that is needed in
the kde-gear section, but needed to be taken from the plasma6 set of
packages.

kio-extras is no longer needed for the packages in the book.

Update more URLs to use https 
Mostly plain http -> https replace, if https works.  If there is a HTTP
redirection, use the redirect target (unless it's a mirror or l10n like
"https://kde.org/zh-cn/").

Some non-trivial change:

* www.mnogosearch.org is dead.  Not sure how to replace, so deleted.
* use https://github.com/cacalib/libcaca for libcaca.
  http://caca.zoy.org/wiki/libcaca seems out-of-date.
* http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/flite/ is dead, replaced with github repo
  link.

Change all http://*.sourceforge.net/ URLs to https 
Now all sourceforge.net subdomains have a valid SSL certificate.  The
changes are automatically done via a sed.  I've reviewed the changes and
reverted the changes in archive/*, pst/xml/docbook-xsl.xml, and
stylesheets/lfs-xsl/lfs-l10n.xml.  Other changes should (hopefully) be
fine.

7a9f210894 Update to k3b-22.04.0. 
This is an out-of-cycle update to k3b.  This version does not use ffmpeg
libraries.  The previous version does use those libraries but the ffmpeg-5
libraries do not work for that version.  This version of k3b optionally uses
ffmpeg as an external executable which does not conflict with this package.

29d8b98733 kf5-apps: add a link for a wiki page. 
Even if nobody else uses the wiki, I find it can be a helpful
place to store notes for things I rarely use.  In this case,
looking at Arch re qt5 modules, I found a (long) list of apps
with details of what they use / links to home pages / their
builds.

Example: before I last gave up on kde I had dropped konqueror
because kdewebkit was unmaintained and full of vulnerabilities.
The Arch list shows it now uses qtwebengine, although the home
page only mentions khtml and kdewebkit.

85580446b2 Remove spaces at the end of lines 
I know it is somewhat useless, but I don't like them for
two reasons: first they cannot be seen, and I do not like things I
cannot see. Second, git highlights them, and this is disturbing...
