Xi Ruoyao 913b88fb20 libpaper: Update the configuration info for libpaper2 (again) ... /etc/papersize is essentially useless now. It only provides the fallback value if the locale does not suggest a paper size. And with Glibc-2.37 even the "C" locale suggests A4.
