xbacklight: Removed as it is useless.
...
It's uselessness is due to xf86-video-intel not being in the book, which xbacklight relies on. It does not work on most GPUs.
Backlight is now controlled via /sys/class/backlight.

This was mostly done in preparation of my new version checking program - chkpkgver.
Not only that but updated the versions in specific xml files is inconvenient with little apparent benefit in GLFS.
