2e3e2711c6 Updated to Heimdal-1.1; removed the Heimdal-Cracklib patches from both packages as Heimdal has been converted to use Cracklib differently; created a patch to change the names of some installed files so they don't conflict with the E2fsprogs package

a3244038ee Removed (with "svn rm", not commented out, because commenting out conflicts 
with restructuring of the book) WvDial, WvStreams, and RP-PPPoE.

Restructured the book so that the "Connecting to a Network" part became a
chapter in the "Basic Networking" part.

0a2792dfcf Removed xfsprogs. Will restore after BLFS-6.3 release if there appears an 
editor who actually uses the package.

The mkfs.xfs version in the book, by default, produces filesystems that
cannot be mounted with 2.6.22 kernels (i.e., are incompatible with LFS-6.3).
Workaround:

mkfs.xfs -l lazy-count=0 /dev/hda1

50d2046730 Updated MCS due to the old version being no longer available for download 
and moved it to General Libraries. Added Mowgli as a dependency.

Audacious (the only package that uses MCS) works and can store its
configuration in plain files and kconfig. GConf is not tested.

e090737a97 Removed (commented out) the Galeon package as it requires an older version of a Gecko engine than what is in the book. Currently, it fails to build. Will add it back to the book when/if it supports modern Gecko.
