e1e58be454 Remove all ftp urls 
neither firefox nor epiphany can download them, and they are not
well maintained, because rarely tested.
This is WIP because the "(HTTP)" part of "Download (HTTP)" will
need to be removed too.
But let's see what users think first...

77b64bd291 Upadte sudo instructions to utilize /etc/sudoers.d directory. Extend configuation where appropriate for needed super user environment variables in QT, KDE, and Java packages. Fixes #11400.

1c8d0ff1e7 Update Plasma5 section. The page is not yet finished. 
Add libxkbcommon and xcb-util-cursor needed for KDE Plasma5.
