bb78d32d5d Add the xf86-video-ati patch, fixing performance regressions that 
prevent KDE Plasma/GNOME from starting on SysV, but also guarding
against changes in upcoming xorg-server releases and fixing the build
issue with GCC-10.

883e376350 Firefox security updates: 
Firefox-91.0esr
JS78 using firefox-78.13.0esr
and introducing firefox-78.13.0esr as Firefox Legacy.

The first two have been tested and measured on glibc-2.34 systems.
The latter has been measured on a slightly older system where 91.0
fails to build.

If anyone likes ff78 so much that they want to use it on a
glibc-2.34 system, feel free to create the necessary patches
but note that I expect to remove Firefox Legacy in November,
it is only a transitional item.

6c815f9da4 net-tools: Minor tweaks. 
Using any kind of parallelism causes the build to crash
within a second of starting. Fix this by forcing -j1. Also fix a minor
typo in the URL.

gpg: raise gnutls to recommended 
It's needed to access https or hkps keyserver.  And, it does not make
any sense to retrieve a pubkey from a plain HTTP server (plain HTTP is
insecure by its nature!) and use it to "authenticate" a pacakge.

476753a688 Fix pkgconfig file for libtiff 
When using cmake/ninja, the pkgconfig file for libtiff has an empty
Version field. Add a sed to cure that.
