b3867c5f8c Add qt5-components page. 
Also create an ENTITY for qt5 or qt5-alternate and use that
to specify the qt5 dependenies.

The complete KF5/plasma packages should use the full qt5 build, but
the lxqt kf5/plasma components only need qt5-alternate.

alsa-utils: Run alsactl init for the default setting 
For some sound cards, there are many configuration settings in
alsamixer.  With the "blank" setting, the user may need a long time to
figure out how to set them correctly.  "alsactl init" will set them to a
"reasonable" initial setting.

ba086d0b32
gst-plugins-bad: Add ldacBT as an external dependency 
It allows building the LDAC plugin, which is needed by pulseaudio to
play high quality audios on LDAC capable bluetooth devices.

I've not tested it: I'm using pipewire instead of pulseaudio, and
pipewire directly uses ldacBT (we already have it in the pipewire page).

libcdio: Document a test failure 
This is a dead project, but the comment in the code claims the
cdio_realpath function is designed to emulate POSIX realpath while the
test case is not using POSIX-compatible realpath correctly.  So it seems
a test case issue, only document it instead of fix.

Note that this test has started to fail since Glibc-2.36, not 2.37.  But
somehow we didn't catch it before.

gst-plugins-bad: Remove libmpeg2 dependency, and document a test failure 
This package does not use libmpeg2.  The mpeg2 encoder depends on some
packages not in BLFS.  The mpeg2 decoder has been moved to ugly.

One test is skipped w/o libsoup2.  Two tests related to rtp fails w/o
gst-plugins-good.

Mostly plain http -> https replace, if https works.  If there is a HTTP
redirection, use the redirect target (unless it's a mirror or l10n like
"https://kde.org/zh-cn/").

Some non-trivial change:

* www.mnogosearch.org is dead.  Not sure how to replace, so deleted.
* use https://github.com/cacalib/libcaca for libcaca.
  http://caca.zoy.org/wiki/libcaca seems out-of-date.
* http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/flite/ is dead, replaced with github repo
  link.

Change all http://*.sourceforge.net/ URLs to https 
Now all sourceforge.net subdomains have a valid SSL certificate.  The
changes are automatically done via a sed.  I've reviewed the changes and
reverted the changes in archive/*, pst/xml/docbook-xsl.xml, and
stylesheets/lfs-xsl/lfs-l10n.xml.  Other changes should (hopefully) be
fine.

a0e08b2176 Standardized the spelling of "userspace". 
Also corrected the capitalization of titles and cleaned up some
grammatical errors. Note that a few modules quote the "config"
menu for the Linux kernel, whch says "user-space". Those
modules were not altered; directly quoted material should be
reproduced verbatim.

670acf7566 Force gst-plugins-good to use libsoup3 as well as libsoup2.

4ae96f879b
pipewire: add WirePlumber an as external optional dependency 
Currently we only build pipewire for satisfying GNOME building
dependency.  I've switched to use Pipewire instead of Pulseaudio as the
audio daemon on my system.  For the Pipewire daemon to function
properly, a Pipewire session manager is needed.  The upstream recommends
to use WirePlumber.

It's too early to provide instruction for running a Pipewire daemon in
the book, but we can list the external dependency as it does no harm.

add libsoup3 as optional for tracker3 and gst10-plugins-good 
Both packages handle libsoup2 and libsoup3 as follows: if one libsoup is
already loaded by the process, it will use the loaded one.  Otherwise,
try to load libsoup3 first, and if it's not found try libsoup2.

But they need the headers of one libsoup version at build time to
support loading this version at runtime, so we can't make the libsoups
runtime dependency.

For tracker 3, also demote libsoup2 to recommended.  It can be built with
libsoup3 only (and the building system will do it silently if libsoup3
is installed but libsoup2 not).  But I'm not sure if it will cause
runtime issues.

cbf6df2759 libvorbis: Force tests to be run at -j1. 
Without that, the tests will fail because the test suite will attempt to run
programs before they are built.

gst-plugins-bad: add libva as optional 
There is a new gstreamer vaapi plugin in gst-plugins-bad, which seems
designed for replacing gstreamer-vaapi.  But it's still experimental now
and not enabled unless it's set in GST_PLUGIN_FEATURE_RANK explicitly.

I've used this plugin for a while because gstreamer-vaapi does not work
fine on my system with iHD_drv_video.so.
