package could be pottentially affected by ECM in /usr. Tested by rebuilding
all the packages dependent on ECM, and starting KDe Plasma successfully.

I consider that required space includes both the build
space after make install, plus space for DESTDIR, so
my measurement is bigger than what was there before.
