fedbe2f15f
treewide: Use <ulink> instead of <filename> for referring man pages 
Sync with LFS.

Note that in BLFS many man pages are even not referred via <filename>
and these references need to be found and fixed manually.

0a5bc99a58 TigerVNC: Use xorg-server-21.1.11 instead of 21.1.6. 
I've tested this and it seems to work as expected.

This should protect TigerVNC Server against all of the CVEs fixed in
xorg-server since xorg-server-21.1.6 was released.

3904aa4b7e xdg-desktop-portal: Add some text about test failures if the following 
conditions are met:

- User is in GNOME
- User is using a non-GNOME terminal to run the tests (e.g. Konsole or QTerminal)
